Prior to joining SMA, Karen the Vice President of CGI’s Insurance Practice and Insurance Practice Director at Collaborative Consulting.

Jeff Goldberg

Jeff Goldberg is a Senior Vice President of Research and Consulting at Novarica. His expertise includes data analytics, SaaS and cloud computing, and data governance. Prior to Novarica, Jeff served as a senior insurance analyst at Celent, Vice President of Internet Technology for Marsh Inc., Director of Web Technology for Harleysville Insurance, and a software consultant for insurers.

Sandra Menes-Ashe

Sandra is an instructor and consultant for Speakeasy – a communication consulting and executive development firm with offices in Atlanta, San Francisco, New York and Amsterdam, and ongoing operations in Chicago, Boston, Hong Kong India and Dubai. She works with business and professional leaders all over the world to help them connect more effectively with the people around them – bringing more of their unique, personal style to all of their communication.

Prior to Gartner, Mr. Natale worked at Prudential Financial, where he was Vice President, Information Technology supporting Prudential Retirement's Full Service, Institutional Investment and Pension Risk Transfer businesses. In this role, he was responsible for technology strategy, planning and finance, and relationship management. Mr. Natale and his team were also responsible for the project management office, business continuity planning, and technology risk management. He also held the role of CIO, Prudential Bank, and Trust.

Ellen M. Carney

Ellen is a principal analyst with Forrester, serving application desi professionals.  Her research focuses on insurance technologies and solution providers and best practices for implementation for property & casualty, life, and group insurers and their distribution partners globally.  Ellen works with insurance clients to understand the strategies that insurers are employing to win, serve, and retain their customers and agent/broker partners. Ellen has worked in various aspects of technology businesses from network implementation services and consulting for nearly 30 years and has been a Forrester analyst for more than a decade serving technology marketing, sales enablement,  digital business strategy,  and most recently business technologist roles.

Jay Sarzen

Jay Sarzen is a senior analyst with Aite Group’s P&C Insurance practice. He brings to Aite Group over 15 years of experience delivering strategic advice to a wide variety of clients, primarily in financial services. Since coming to Aite Group, Mr. Sarzen has focused his efforts on understanding innovation along the P&C insurance value chain by examining topics such as how new entrants are disrupting traditional distribution channels and how technology is altering underwriting and claims operations.
